    Walter Heath Williams (1834-1906) was an English landscape painter during the Victorian era, and a member of the Williams family of painters.

    He lived in Bath, Topsham and Torquay. His subject matter included country, river and coastal scenes in the West Country, especially Devon and Cornwall.

    He exhibited at the Royal Academy, British Institute and Suffolk Street.
